We are excited to bring our community a hands on self defense clinic for runners. Our very own Natalie Kwong, training program manager, is a third degree black belt with her certified teaching credentials. Natalie will walk through several scenerios with you as well as the different self defense techniques that you can use while running on the road vs on trails. This clinic is completely free, but will be limited to 40 people.
