Looking for a third roommate (not a band) to join our very nice practice space in Soundspace. We are two friends who've been space mates for many years with an established trust and maturity. The room is primarily used for personal practice with very little band rehearsal. The building is accessible 24/7 and we use the space 2-4 times a week at the most! We can use a scheduling app if it seems necessary. The *photos provide an idea of the space, and we will accommodate dividing the room fairly. This is an ideal space for music production or DJ, but we are open to instrumentalists, too. There is no sharing...we don't touch each other's equipment!! We will expect the same from you, and this should provide peace of mind to us all. There is also the potential to join the lease. We can discuss this further if necessary.
