Must have own equipment such as floor buffers, floor scrubbers, floor wax and knowledge of how to clean VCT, LVT, hardwood, laminated and granite stone. Must have Insurance and willing to sign subcontractor agreement clause. 100% Guaranteed pay immediately upon inspection and completion of job.
