We are the New Baltimore Historical Society. In 2019, we started our first Haunted Museum Spooky Tour. Every year since, our team of history nerds and dedicated Halloween enthusiasts have been living the dream of transforming an old Victorian-era hotel into our own house of haunts! It gets bigger and better every year! We love haunted houses, but we wanted this one to be different... Long lines? Not here! We sell ticket reservations hour-by-hour, so you never have to wait too long. Even though it's a short wait, we still make it a fun one! Fresh cider and donuts are included with your ticket price, and if it's a bit chilly you can wait in the barn or warm up near one of our outdoor heaters. No chainsaws, shotguns, or monsters chasing you! We prefer a more immersive experience. It's a creepy, tongue-in-cheek tour of our vision of a haunted hotel. A lot of our props are real antiques. Feel free to grab a selfie with the props! This year, your ticket doubles as a raffle for a custom made Halloween quilt! How cool is that? Why do we do it? Our main purpose is to raise funds for the ongoing upkeep and restoration of our beloved museum, The Grand Pacific House. We are all volunteers, and it's a labor of love.
