September 23-October 16, 2022 Thursday-Sunday, 10am-4pm Tickets: $30 The Serenbe Showhouse is open to the public for self-guided tours beginning September 23, 2022. Your ticket is to select the day, and you can arrive at any point between 10am-4pm (and take as long as you like to look around!). Same day return visits are allowed as space permits. There is no need to print your ticket, the docent at the door will be able to look you up by your name to check you in. You may attend on a different day than your ticket! Make sure to tell the docent your original date and they will be able to look you up and check you in. Private Tours: Private group tours available Monday - Wednesday by appointment, starting at $350 for up to 10 people. Must reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Email [email protected] for details and to reserve your spot. Tickets are non-refundable; can be transferred to another date/time or person. DIRECTIONS + PARKING The address for the 2022 Serenbe Showhouse is 10503 Serenbe Lane, Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268. *Please avoid parking spaces that say RESERVED or No Parking, or that have cones in them. From Atlanta: Take I-85 South to Exit 69, toward GA-14 spur W and follow signs for South Fulton Parkway. Continue along South Fulton Parkway for 12.7 miles and make a left onto Cochran Mill Road, which ends at Hutcheson’s Ferry Road. Turn right and continue for 2.1 miles, where you will make a left onto Atlanta-Newnan Road. The main entrance for Serenbe (Selborne Lane) is one mile down on the right. Once you’re in Serenbe, take your first left onto Gainey Lane, then a left onto Serenbe Lane. Follow signs for driving and parking; the 2022 Showhouse will be on your left.
