urgent home needed for medium sized dog

My neighbor surrendered a dog to me today, but I don't have the ability to care for it, because of my current dogs and my small apartment. I took it because it was in a really bad situation but I need to find somewhere for it to go. No idea what kind of dog she is, or how old she is, and I'm not sure if she's good with other pets, but she's very friendly and extremely well behaved. I want her to go to a good home rather than a shelter but I'm open to all options right now because I know I can't keep her where I'm at. I will be meeting in person and asking lots of questions to make sure she's going to a better situation than she came from.
