Jefe’s rv service is expanding and looking for the right RV tech to grow with us. We have done mobile repair for the last two years. We have built an amazing client base. Our reviews and client support is unheard of in this industry. We have recently moved into our 9600 square foot building. We need the right person to join our team and help take us to the next level. We have plenty of good work on the schedule. Everything from complete roof replacement, metal replacement, solar installs, battery and inverter installs, slide repairs, axel swaps, wheel bearings, van conversions, etc… No factory warranty. Only customer pay, insurance and extended warranty. No waiting on a warranty department to authorize a.1! This is real quality work orders. We are really looking for an experienced technician that can jump in and handle a complete work order. We need someone that wants to hustle. We want to make this person really feel like they are a part of something special here. We want to do things differently then the big box stores. We want quality work and quick turn around. No waiting on warranty clerks. We will order parts at the time of diag. These are the benefits you get with working in a small independent shop. You can really make a difference here! We are going to do a small amount of mobile repair still. We have a mobile truck and trailer for this. This will pay a different amount. We can discuss this in more detail at an interview. You will have to have a clean drivers license for this part of the job. Not necessarily a must as there is plenty of in shop work. You will need to have your own tools.
