Compensation: $20.00 + per hour based on experience/ skills MI Properties LLC is now hiring a hardworking General Construction Role for immediate openings on residential properties across Metro Detroit!! Positions are available ASAP - email us today! What you'll do: Carpentry - finish and rough, trim work, install of cabinets, mirrors, pictures, etc. Drywall - Patching and Repair of Drywall (large jobs to be completed by separate Drywall Contractor) Tile - Install of tile in bathrooms, kitchens Light Electrical/ Plumbing - install of lighting and/ or plumbing fixtures. Rough-in to be completed by separate MEP trade. Receiving and organizing materials! Laborer Preferences: Recent, relevant work experience in construction Reliable transportation Promptly responds to texts and calls Punctual Flexibility in schedule Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to provide equipment (hammer, gloves, etc.) Opportunity for bonuses!
