Found- Black and white cat with dog tag on green collar

I had this cat contained in a pet carrier after it had a fight with a feral cat on my porch and was able to call police for pick up, but the officer dispatched, tried to transfer the cat from my carrier to a smaller one and the cat got loose! I told him to just take my carrier and I would pick it up the next day, I even had my ID on it, but he was apparently more confident that he could pull this off, even when I told him the cat was going to bolt. This black and white large cat has a green collar with a Universal Pictures tag on it. After it had the fight, it was in a mood so I didn't want to try looking on the tag for further ID, which the cop said he would do, but as I said, the cat escaped and headed down 13th Street to Stark and was not seen again. I am hoping it doesn't get hit by a car. This is the second time it has visited my home in a week or so. I am praying that his owner doesn't let him prowl at night. There are a lot of feral and cats that are left to roam in this area and something is going to happen to all of them if they are not kept home.
