Job Description We are looking for a Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales. There will be some light "blue collar" type work to start but it will phase out usually within the first six months. We have a patented technology in an industry that is ripe for a shake-up. The opportunities are virtually limitless. Salary plus uncapped commissions. This position will require a hunter mentality, but inbound leads will also be available. Responsibilities Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Present products and services to prospective customers Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes Assess sales performance according to KPIs Monitor competition within the assigned region Perform mold inspections, testing, and dry fogging for homes and businesses Skills Proven experience as a Territory Manager or outside sales experience Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred Ability to develop sales strategies Excellent communication skills Organizational and leadership ability Problem-solving aptitude Ability to run dry fog tank equipment and fog heads Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Salary, Commission and Bonus) COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process Personal protective equipment provided or required Virtual meetings Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Paid Training: Yes Management of territory and a technician who will be hired to help perform treatments Ops Manager Work Remotely - All of Ventura County Yes Job Type: Full-time Salary, Commission, and Bonus: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Company car Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: On the road
