Do your Halloween Decorations Move? By Ed Shear-foot Los Angeles, CA October 5, 2022 Do you put out Halloween decorations like millions of other Americans? If so you need to read this article. Over the past three years several people have reported that their grave stone decorations have moved. What was first just thought to be harmless pranks turned into one of the craziest mysteries ever. By chance, one of the families that reported their gravestone decorations had moved, had to dig up their yard to fix a pipe issue. When doing this they were shocked to find that there were actual human remains in their yard. Further investigation found that a gruesome murder had taken place in their home 50 years earlier and the victim was buried in the yard. Shortly later a neighbor reported that their own Halloween decorations (a fake grave yard) has been vandalized. When the police showed up they told the family what has been discovered at their neighbors just a few houses down the street. It turns out that this homeowner was a construction manager who owned a ground scanner - typically going to X-ray the ground looking for buried pipes and wires. For a laugh he decided to scan his own yard. To his amazement he found what looked like the remains of not one but three humans. He immediately called the police back to his house. They promptly dug up the yard and indeed found the skeletons. As this was too much of a coincidence to ignore, the police called in the FBI. The FBI agents went door to door asking neighbors in the Westchester area of Los Angeles if their outdoor Halloween decorations had moved - especially fake grave stones. Their investigation turned up three more homes in the Kentwood district where decorative grave stones had been moved or switched spots. They brought in the scanner and amazingly found that each home had skeletons in the yard. These crimes remain unsolved. Investigators have still not determined how these individuals (7 skeletons found so far) were murdered. They are asking neighbors to report any unusual behavior with their Halloween decorations to the FBI immediately.
