Seeking vocalist for established metal band

We are a (currently) 4 piece original metal band, centered around doom but with other facets. We're seeking a new lead vocalist, ideally someone who can do cleans and growls. However, we're looking to go more melodic, so it's definitely not a deal-breaker if you can't do growls. Our ideal vocalist would be a strong singer, and creative enough to develop your own vocal parts. You don't have to be a lyricist but it's welcomed. Our songs tend to be longer and you would have a lot of space to work with. We'd also like someone who brings performing energy live. Beyond that, we practice weekly and we'd expect you do be able to do the same. Be responsible, no drug/alcohol problems, your own transportation, etc. The members of the band range from mid-20s to mid-40s in age; we're open to all ages, or all the adult ones anyway.
