Hi my name is Cody! I am 10-month old male 1/2 Red Merle Australian Shepherd and 1/2 Border Collie! I was surrendered by my owner who didn't have time for me and I now live with my foster parents and I'm looking for my forever home. I love nothing more in life than humans, riding shot gun in the car, long runs with my foster dad, chasing a ball, and any outdoor activity! -- I love other dogs, I went to the dog beach for the first time ever this week and the water and waves were my FAVORITE! Wherever you are, I want to lean up against you or snuggle up right on your lap! My breed loves having a job to do and I would love someone to work with me on commands so that I know YOU'RE the boss -- (that's how my breed is) -- I know basic obedience like sit and lay down and I'm working on "stay" -- I'm really good on leash on walks and runs - I would love for you to work with me on more tricks and I show lots of promise in things like agility or herding, so if want to go to classes with me to teach me how to do more, or you want to teach me to do a job- I would be super good at that!
