My name is Cass, I teach dance and yoga classes! My background: I’m an x Olympic athletes -rhythmic gymnast, professional dancer at the San Diego zoo, legoland and universal studios. I have been teaching and performing my entire life. I teach all ages. I have experience teaching mommy & me, kids yoga, teens & adults. Im currently teaching a Kids yoga after school program at an elementary school in San Diego as well as private lessons/classes for a group of homeschoolers. If you're interested to schedule a lesson to strengthen your practice in stretching, dance and meditation, I’m your gal! I prefer to teach in person but don’t mind using Zoom. Serious inquiries ONLY.
