Found a male shihtzu on MLK drive near Montgomery Blvd. He is not chipped and did not have on a collar with tags. Hopefully the owner will see this post! See pictures. Please be able to describe the harness on the dog and a unique identifying trait so I know it’s yours. Thanks!
