Need to rehome Senior cat

It is with sadness that I need to rehome my kitty..I am a disabled senior that has to move across the country due to illness and to be closer to family. I hope that someone has it in their heart to give her a good life. She is 11 yrs old and a female shorthaired diluted calico. She has always been an indoor cat.. she is an independent quiet cat and likes to sleep with you on the end of the bed.. I have 3 months of food, cat litter and a tall cat tree that will go with her..She is ok with mellow dogs. I only know that because she was ok with my sons dog. Never had another cat around.. Please only serious inquiries. I will sit down and see if you are a match.
