Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Parking Lot Sweeper Driver Overview: Visit assigned properties five nights per week, sweep lot using a parking lot sweeper, pickup trash around lot. Compensation: Starts at $13.50/hr, negotiable based on experience. Employment Type: Part Time - Shifts start at 8PM nightly and last 5 - 7 hours. Approximately 30 hours per week. Job Duties: Sweep parking lots using a parking lot sweeper. Pick up trash and debris inaccessible to the truck. Sweep by hand and / or blow out corners of the lot. Leave the area in a clean state. Minor maintenance of the sweeper truck. Safely operate sweeper truck. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a clean driving record Must have a track record of being dependable. Must be capable of working independently. Must pass a drug test. Must pass a background check.
