Blues Band - Mike Lapadula and the Lost Souls - $600 (Washington DC) Mike Lapadule & the Lost Souls are a four-piece Electric Chicago Style blues band consisting of guitar, bass, drums, and harp gigging locally in the Washington, DC area and throughout the region since the Spring of 1995. Harp player and vocalist, Mike Lapadula, was born in Washington DC and grew up in Virginia. Singing and playing harp for the last 30 years, Mike was influenced by the styles of Tyrone Davis, Buddy Guy & Junior Wells, Jimmy Johnson, Albert King, Fenton Robinson, Otis Rush, Bit Twist, Sonny Boy Williamson and Kim Wilson. He has sat in with many local and national acts such as Evan Johns & The H-Bombs, Bill Kirchen & Too Much Fun, The NightHawks, Tom Principato and Delmark Alligator & Verve recording artists The Jimmy Johnson Band.
