Need a place to sand a beam

I am looking for a place where I can sand and cut a beam. The size is 4 by 4 by 19. I will use an orbital sander that has to plugged in. Just need a place where noise is ok. Does anyone have a barn outside the city, maybe? Or garage is fine too. Leave a number where I can reach you.
