The position will assist in the general cleanup and maintenance of the grounds, common areas, basement of multifamily properties. * Text @ 401-648-6363 for immediate response. * I am owner of the company and have multiple positions available. Job Responsibilities: (The duties and responsibilities stated are general summary and not all inclusive.) • Landscaping Cut grass, rake & weedwack • Cleanup & Trash Removal o Remove debris, trash from common areas ( hallways, basement, exterior) • Wipe Clean apartments o Appliances, floors, windows, bathroom & kitchen • Demo & Removal o Demo any walls, drywall, tiles etc part of renovation of project. • Perform daily/weekly inspection of apartment buildings & property and report condition of properties • Assist with snow removal, as needed. • Assist with building maintenance issues. • Assist with supply & inventory. * Must have pickup truck or van or suitable vehicle to do the job. * No restriction on number of hours.
