I am looking for someone to trim two large branches on a tree near my property line. The tree belongs to my neighbor, but he is aware I want to trim some limbs on my side and he will sign off on the work before it's done. This is the 2nd time I have posted on Craigslist for this tree. I had several calls before, but I did have time to follow through. The first posting was for the complete removal of the tree, but when I found out what that would cost, I decided to just have some limbs removed. Eventually, my neighbor and I may decide to pay to have the rest of the tree removed, but for now cutting a couple of big limbs will have to do. No limb/debris removed is required. I will cut up the downed branches myself and haul them away later. If it works out, we may contact you later to cut more branches down when more money becomes available.
I am posting a few pictures of the tree. Please look at them and give me a price range of just dropping the two main branches that hang over into my yard, with no debris removal. I estimate that it will only take an hour or so to drop these two branches, maybe even less time. I would prefer someone with a bucket truck because I know that will make the job easier, but if someone can do it with a ladder, or by climbing, that is okay, too.
Please contact me through the Craigslist e-mail only with a price range, and leave your name and phone number, if possible. I don't have the time right now to field a lot of phone calls or to be home for people to come by, however, I will provide my exact address later if you need a closer look at it before you give a price range. I live near Hocker Grove Middle School.
