We need someone to do the following. All bids are welcome and needed urgently. - They should dig post holes and put in the posts and pour concrete - Install 16*6 Metal Decorative Driveway Gate - Set up Lamp Posts and make necessary arrangements to light the lamps - City of Sammamish requires permit for this work. Work scope should include applying for the needed permit and providing the details needed for the permit. - Need to set up the Manual Latch to make the gate opening and closing manual. This is a remote operated gated ; however, we are not setting up remote operation for a few months. We will manage the manual set up. See pictures attached. There are two gate panel 8 ft each. You are seeing one in front of the other. Both panels are right there. This is an in-swing gate (NOT a slider gate).
