Hello! Looking for a private chef for a 4-day ski weekend for ~25 people (mostly burners) January 19-23 in Silverthorne, Co.
Budget: $~3,200 (food + chef pay)
Meal Support Needed:
Thursday Evening: Dinner
Friday: Breakfast, Light Lunch, Dinner
Saturday: Breakfast, Light Lunch, Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast, Light Lunch, Dinner
Monday: Breakfast
Desserts (Possibly throughout)
Menu
We have a tentative menu- lots of soups, salads, and easier, cost-efficient bulk meals. Desired collaboration on the menu. Not looking for fancy, but mostly tasty, healthy, and affordable.
Location
We rented a home in Frisco, CO, and has a large kitchen with kitchen gear. Not sure what the setup looks like, so if more supplies are needed for cooking for a larger group, someone that has.
Qualifications
Someone with catering experience who can cook on site
Students in cooking school looking for experience
Open to working with a more liberal group of burners
Able to shop for food, prep, cook, and clean
