Up for adoption are a beautiful breeding pair of Sulcata tortoises. I am the original owner of them. I acquired both tortoises as hatchlings - the father from a breeder in Arizona, and the mother from a breeder in San Diego. They were both born in 2013, so they're roughly 9 years old - that means they're young and still growing! As you can see below, they lay big clutches of beautiful hatchling sulcatas (we're sold out this year). We get a clutch or two every year, and the babies easily sell for $75 a piece. These are the lawnmowers of our backyard, but unfortunately the backyard of our new house is too small to provide enough grass to keep up with their growing appetite, so it is with great sadness that I must rehome them. There's a very modest $1800 adoption fee to ensure these go to a responsible new home. You must provide proof that you have enough space for them to graze, because we want these beautiful, healthy, tortoises to stay that way for many decades into the future! In return, you'll have a young adult pair of breeding tortoises that will produce healthy clutches of Sulcatas for decades to come!
