All you will be doing is driving around neighbor hoods in Dallas and marking down distressed looking properties with our app. Super simple and straight to the point, when you see a beat down house with tall grass and such, you will hit a button on your phone and it will send us the address $20 per 100 properties (averages 100 properties per hour)
