Weekly Outside Maintenance

We are looking for someone to spend a half-day every week at our home in central Austin doing general outside maintenance. This is not lawn service (we have that already), but general outside chores — spraying off the house, cleaning windows and gutters, replacing rotten deck boards, touch-up painting, scrubbing the porches & decks, weeding the garden, basically whatever needs doing outside once a week. No special skills required, although some basic carpentry and/or handyman skills would be useful. You do need to have your own transportation and to be totally on time, reliable, and trustworthy.
