Senior alert educated male, 76, needs a similarly gifted woman to help shape up my new and overloaded home. Moved from bigger family place to very nice 2/2 place and now need to make things fit or throw out or sell the appropriate things, etc. Can pay you for your time (I'm under a budget) and also am willing to pay for meals at nearby restaurants.
