Male, trapped in yard. Clearly abused. City will not pick up. If you can get the dog you can take the dog. Must bring a leash and a case of coke or water to show intent. Someone please save this dog. If nobody get him I will be forced to let him go back to the alleys and we have dog fighters in this neighborhood which is probably where he came from. :(
