Description
The Gutter on front side of house does not collect water. It has been unclogged recently of debri and leaves. Water runs down the roof and falls behind the gutter. This gutter is about 28 feet off the ground.
Another issue is the downspout in the back of the house. It is not connected to gutter. Also it does not direct water anywhere but down from where it is located.
