Hello,
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
Must have at least two years experience as a Line Chef or Sous Chef.
Must be reliable
Must be able to cook multiple pots at one time.
Must have own chef clothing (non-slip black shoes, white shirt/Chef Jacket, black pants). Apron and hair nets will be provided.
Must be willing to clean up after self at the end of every shift.
Must be able to pay attention to details.
Paid training will be provided. Training monies will be paid to candidate after 3 months of stable attendance and performance.
Schedule:
Wednesday 3pm - 2am
Thursday 3pm - 2am
Friday 3pm - 2am
Pay is $14/hr (154/day). Pay is in cash (off the books).
No benefits, must be willing to sign Liability Waiver upon start date.
Pay raise significantly after one year of service.
