The apts are in the same building and are generally available Mon-Fri in the evenings after 6PM with some early availability on the weekends. The building is located on White Plains Rd between Gleason and Watson. I need someone who can repair these for a reasonable price for labor, I will cover the materials. One apt needs the tiles fixed, another apt needs the sheetrock repaired (roof leak is already fixed).
