Cement work needed behind bathroom fixtures

Read the ad and respond with the best price for labor, I will get the materials. Rats are an issue in NYC. Every year we have to take measures to tame the rat problem. The location is on Bronx River Avenue near Westchester Ave. The building just had an exterminator drive them out and I need someone to use wonder-board and cement to seal off the back of the vanity/sink cabinet and the back of the mirror inthe pictures. I specifically want this cemented off so that they cannot chew through the walls again. The vanity and mirror need to be removed, the area seems hollow and so wonderboard may need to be mounted in order to cement off the area and then the fixtures replaced/remounted. The sink faucet water lines have their own shut off. I am aware that the sink's drain and two faucet water lines will need to be disconnected/reconnected such that they dont leak. You dont need to be a plumber but if you are unfamiliar with how to do this then this isnt the job for you. The apt is available tomorrow 10/10 and generally all day Mondays and Thursdays, as well as after 5PM on other weekdays. Include a quote or range in your response. If your prices are right and the work is done well I have alot more jobs for you.
