Camper Trailer Maintenance Needed

Hello Looking for someone experienced with all aspects of camper trailers I have a 20ft Keystone that i would like to have looked over and most likely weather proofed/sealed-re-caulk windows. Also need to have the leveling footings looked at and reinforced. One of the weldings broke off. So ideally they need to be re-welded. I have a new awning that needs to be installed This is my first camper so I'd also like someone to give me the basic training on all the functions. Clearing plumbing, furnace etc. Lastly but not necessary is to have the outside painted. It's in good quality condition and I'd like to make it into perfect :) I estimate it to be a full day or possibly two day job Thank you!
