Forming a new band - seeking musicians and sound engineer

Guitarist with stage experience playing covers, originals, and improvised music. Many original songs on the table for consideration. Envisioning something coming from the vein of: The New Mastersounds Chicago Afrobeat Project Medeski, Martin and Wood Michael Franti Grateful Dead Phish Led Zeppelin Gov't Mule Santana Picturing an end product with drums, bass, aux percussion, 2 guitarists, keys, horns, and great vocals. Also wanting a regular sound engineer as a band member who has a part in different effects and keeping things sounding great. Could also do backup vocals from the soundboard. Room for digital instrumentation and exploring. But hey, let's be realistic. Anything is possible. This is just my ideas about it. But let's start with one thing at a time and see how we can create a vision and pull things together as a whole. Right now it's in it's infancy so I don't have any previous recordings that reflect this project, specifically. I do have lots of recordings of past music, though. Grateful to have the opportunity to connect and create with like minded musicians. Be kind to one another out there. Thanks for your time.
