Need Plumber for Small Unit Kitchen/Bath Install

I have a small unit that needs to be rough plumbed, from supply to sewer, including proper venting. I don't need copper in the walls, Flex is fine. There is a crawlspace. Vents are already booted in the roof, as roof was just done. No stud or floor holes are cut. This is a blank slate. An on-demand water heater will be put under kitchen sink. Please let me know your rough labor cost based on the attached drawing and timeframe for completion. I would like to complete this rather soon.
