Looking to share a bands practice space/split rent

Band is looking to get writing / playing again; as we can see the few rehearsal spaces left to rent around Detroit have inflated about double the price from the last 5 years. I’ve been on the waiting list for the Music Factory in Warren since the Hive Colony closed down, and I don’t think I’ll get the call any time soon. I’m familiar with The Lofts which quoted me $600 for a room half the size of the Russell’s smallest room at the same price. It’s not affordable, so I’d like to find a band willing to share their space and save money on their rent. I hate sharing Amps, some of us have settings we don’t want touched. I have pa equipment if sharing or combining setups is ok. For drums we could make an agreement if shared to replace skins/cymbals as needed. -Could bring in a more expendable kit to share. Having a whole 2nd kit around does seem to be the bigger space taker so dealers choice. Hope to hear from some people, I’m sure these costs add up for everyone else too.
