Description

This dog was found running through the streets by Euclid and 2nd Ave in Des Moines. He’s seemingly a pitbull and black lab mix. He is not fixed. He had no tags or collar. He had the blue leash on him already. He is very sweet and approached us when we called him. Every place wouldn’t intake him and we couldn’t take him home so it was suggested we place him in the kennels at the 22nd St Animal Rescue league and gave him some water. He was very close to getting hit by cars so we wanted to make sure he was safe for the night. Police have been notified as well and I will call the ARL first thing when they open to let them know he’s out there. I hope his owners find him soon.
