Rehoming an older male dog

Hi all I really hate doing this as me and my girls have become extremely attached. July 3rd me and my family went to a springs and this awesome handsome boy was left behind. His owners completely abandoned him. His name is Humphrey I only know bc I kept hearing his owner call his name and he did have a collar and rabies tag on. Anyways we were the last people there and this poor boy was left behind without tag or collar so we loaded him up and brought him home. I went and had him microchipped as he wasnt and I got him his distemper and rabies shots all over again. I've tried to keep him hidden from our landlord and we ll today he came by and said dog has to go. He is very well mannered fixed and house trained. He sits and he shakes. He is very good with kids and basically lays around most time. I can leave him for 5 to 6 hrs a day and he hasn't had any accidents in the house. I am asking a 250.00 rehoming fee only to ensure he's goin to a good home and for the money I've spent out on him.He also has 8 months worth of flee/heartworm medicine and comes with a good amount of dog food a bed mat and some treats and dog bowls I will give the papers on his rabies shots as well and he has some different shampoos that are pretty high end. If interested please message me I have to have him gone soon or we loose our place and I can't afford that.
