These classes will include gentle movement, breath awareness, and focused attention using the surrounding plants as focal points. The classes will emphasize compassion, body-positivity, and self-care. These classes will be led by an experienced 200-hr registered yoga teacher, Sarah C. Low. These classes will be one hour in-person. They will be held indoors whenever possible. Some yoga mats are available, but, if possible, bring a yoga mat. Masks are recommended.
