2022 LexRAP International Fundraiser Dinner

After a two-year hiatus due to Covid, on November 13 at 5:00 pm we will be holding our third international meal prepared by LexRAP’s refugee cooks, hosted by Temple Isaiah in Lexington. We would like to invite you to join us. LexRAP has served 36 refugee families in and around Lexington with educational support, tutoring, employment assistance, help obtaining healthcare, socialization, transportation, and other services. Families supported hail from 11 nations. Currently, LexRAP is serving 25 families with 42 adults and 46 children. All have members working in and around Lexington. In past years the menu was primarily Middle Eastern. This year our refugee cooks will also be serving several Ukrainian and Jamaican selections. Says LexRAP Founder and President Marianne Boswell, “We are delighted to be once again holding our gala. We are also grateful to all of our supporters like you for your participation both financially and in terms of volunteers over the years.” Our refugee cooks from 2019.
