Who's ready for another "lit" family-friendly event?! Decorated tractors, firetrucks, ATV's and more will take over the village of Granville, New York to ring in the holiday season on Friday, December 9, 2022. Granville's 5th Annual Lighted Tractor Parade will kick off from Telescope Casual Furniture (82 Church St., Granville, NY 12832) at 6 p.m. and finish at the same location around 8:30 p.m. Similar to years’ past, we expect to have 60+ participants. Use as many lights and be as creative as you can, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will take home cash prizes, up to $300 each. Gift cards will also be awarded to honorable mentions. A trophy will be given to the "People's Choice" entry, which will be determined by social media votes following the event. More details including rules and helpful info will be sent to the email provided following registration. Follow the Granville Lighted Tractor Parade on Facebook to stay up to date on all things tractor parade. Happy decorating! Each year, the Granville Lighted Tractor Parade donates any excess funds collected from registration to local programs. This year's beneficiary is the Backpacks for Hunger program, organized by the Granville Central School District's Parent Teacher Organization. We're also asking that participants and spectators bring an accepted food item to donate. (See list below.) There will be collection boxes at the registration tent as well as at the judge's stand. This is not required, contribute what you can.
