Please join Dr. Alayna of Divine Collective and our guest Holistic Nurse Kim of Kurma Holistics for our October Breastfeeding Circle. This is a free get together for mothers who are currently breastfeeding, who did breastfeed, had trouble breastfeeding, exclusively pump or who would just love to support other nursing mothers. Nurslings (only) are welcome and encouraged. This months topic will include the signs that are associated with D-MER (DYSPHORIC MILK EJECTION REFLEX) and how to support yourself.
