Want to do one of your long training runs with some extra camaraderie, support, coaching, and have fun? (AND without lugging all your supplies around?) Fleet Feet has got you covered!Join us at Fleet Feet McKinney Sunday November 20 at 8:00am for a long training run led by Roberto Cowan (with pacers) along a flagged course with aid stations with hydration, nutrition, and fun! Post-run we will have Theragun and PTs on site to help massage and stretch out your tired muscles. Register today to secure your spot! Participants can expect to be led on a great 18-20 mile training run, and will receive a new pair of Feetures running socks, a FF DFW magnet, and a run guide for week 16 of your training plan. Roberto Cowan has been running marathons since 2013, his first one being the Houston Marathon. He's run Houston multiple times, Austin, Phoenix, Chicago, and Dallas. His last one was the Dallas Marathon in 2018 before he was diagnosed with rectal cancer in 2019. He returned to marathoning in 2022 and is currently training for his ninth. He's worked in the run specialty industry for the last 6 years and currently is the marketing manager and training program coordinator for Fleet Feet Plano.Fleet Feet DFW is ready to provide support as you train for one of the many BMW Dallas Marathon races by offering three different training runs that will help you get race day ready. Earn a $15 Fleet Feet Reward: Every participant who registers for all three training runs, and enrolls in the Fleet Feet Rewards program by November 20, 2022 will receive a $15 Reward to use at their local DFW Fleet Fleet.
