If you adopted this black cat called Nora from Silicon Valley Humane Society at 901 Ames Ave., Milpitas on Sept. 30, I will give you a reward of $1,000 if you return her to me. Please text the animal number assigned to for confirmation. Anyone who first gives a tip that leads me to be in contact with the new owner and leads to the cat's eventual return, will be given a reward of $500 as well. Please text the tip to if you see your neighbor/friend having my cat after Sept.30. Thanks.
