Kittens need good homes, rehoming fee

Need good homes for kittens... 3 girls and 1 boy. They are now 12 weeks. Rescued Mama in the summer right before she had them. They were born July 3rd. Litter trained, very sweet. Having trouble finding help thru rescues and didnt want to take them too a shelter. Would also like to rehome Mama as I have a small apartment and already have 2 dogs and 2 cats.
