Looking for a small breed healthy puppy. SMALL rehoming fee talking couple hundreds (meaning NOT $1200 that isn't close to small). That is a cost of very well bred pedigree hips, eyes, genetic etc tested for breed lineage. Not spending that for a mix of unknowns without guaranteed health degree/contract.
