Description

…..You feel yourself slowly deflate like the air out of a balloon as another person has just pointed out what you already know. What’s going on inside the body and the mind can be easily concealed by your outer appearance and the way you continue to show up for your roles as a mom, wife or a busy professional. Even if on the inside you continue to be in a state of pain, brain fog and like you’re running on fumes not knowing how much longer you can go on like this. This makes total sense, of course you feel this way. You may have even seen several providers with little to no relief or even a clear diagnosis. You might even be losing a little bit of faith in the healthcare system in the process… I see you and you are definitely not alone. Spinning my wheels with the healthcare system is exactly what plopped me right out of it and allows me to help go-getters, like you, bounce back from being in a cycle of running on fumes without clarity to stepping back into an energized, lighter version of yourself. Someone that can do all the superwoman things you already do without the complete exhaustion, pain and sense of helplessness that is currently bogging you down. Join me as we uncover the many layers of “invisible illness” (chronic fatigue, dizziness, vestibular issues, EDS, POTS, MS just to name a few) and learn how to prioritize yourself in a way that feels vitalizing and fun instead of another appointment straining your schedule and draining your hope. The key to change is available to you, let’s figure out how to unlock it. About the instructor: Kelly Mueller started her physical therapy practice, Key to Change Wellness, to provide one-to-one, customized care after finding herself feeling “burnt out” very early on in her career due to high volume clinics and insurance limitations. Her mission is to empower her clients to unlock their highest quality of life through managing whatever obstacle is in their way - whether it be in the form of pain, dizziness, incontinence, a chronic condition, or simply finding ways to incorporate movement throughout their lifespan. Kelly is a University of Wisconsin graduate who found an escape from the cold during the COVID-19 pandemic to create a new start in Chattanooga, TN. Her life somewhat revolves around her Sheepadoodle, Fletcher, who made the trip down South with her. Fletcher is extremely excited about her ability to offer telehealth services to better fit into his (and your) busy lifestyle.
