Our 4 plex was recently sold and our new landlords informed us by letter that they're raising our rent 37.5% (justifying it by saying they could have raised it more). Long story short, we're relocating and we can't take a lot of our things with us. Comfortable and sturdy couch with ottoman and slip cover; glass top coffee table; corner-style tv table, chiminea (a great way to stay warm -- can be used indoors with marine grade fuel which we'll include), weber propane grill with new cover and flavor bars + 2 propane tanks; and more! We're not looking to make a profit (everything is available for a nominal fee) -- we just want our well-cared for items re-homed! You can pick up these items at our house -- nearby to Trader Joe's in the Roosevelt neighborhood.
