4 year old Male Sulcata

I have a 4 year old male sulcata I would like to find a home for. I had gotten 1 and then a few months later got another when both were just weeks old. I now know they are female and male. I am not interested in breeding and just don't have enough yard for 2 separate areas. Asking $100 for him. Please provide pictures of housing and winter accomodations. Sulcatas do not hibernate so will need heat during winter months. Please be knowledgeable of life span and potential growth as well as what sulcatas eat. He is not full grown yet.
