Canción is Arizona owned & made in Jalisco Mexico @ NOM 1472 which is powered 85% by Solar Panels! Our agaves are harvested from the valleys of Jalisco, Mexico, where the obsidian-rich soil imparts a slight citrusy, peppery hue to the Blanco. Canción Reposado Tequila is aged for 9 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels of American White Oak, leaving buttery, oaky notes. The tequila line’s Añejo is aged even longer, remaining in the American White Oak Bourbon barrels for 18 months and boasting notes of smokey tobacco and vanilla finish. The latest addition to the Canción Tequila family is the Extra-Añejo which rests for at least 3 years creating a celestial union of a premium Bourbon barrel and agave spirit to conjure seamless notes of dry fruit, woody smoke and hints of caramel and butterscotch. There are no additives, fillers, colors, or flavors added to our ultra-premium tequilas. The distillery takes the extra step in filtering leftover liquids from the distillation process into drinkable water and compostable solids so that the water table does not receive any impurities.
